GoogleVery Bad. Booked a valuation Friday 21 Oct 2016 @ 1:30. The appointment as kept and both properties look at. Siam Wood said she would ring me at 3:00pm with the valuations. Its now 11:15 The following Tuesday still waiting. Phoned the Camborne office permanent answer phone. Did not leave a message as I only want to speak with the manager. what a waste of time these muppets are. emailed several times regarding a property, filled out all relevant application forms etc not one email was replied too. How the heck are you still in business with an attitude like that?!!?!

GoogleShambles. Having agreed over the phone a viewing date and time it wasn't in the diary when I turned up to view the house! Quarter of an hour wait for what would have been a 5 minute walk with the keys

Dear Adrian, we have looked into the matter further and believe there was some human error that led to the appointment not being confirmed on our diary system, which we apologise for. We take our customer service and experience very seriously, which has led to our winning more independent awards than any other regional Estate Agent and so will certainly investigate the matter further, although question the wording of professionalism.
