FacebookVery poor service, phoned and emailed countless times regarding a shared ownership property, was so worked up about trying to source one that was coming up, kept checking in monthly.
Heard absolutely nothing from them although they said they would be in contact with me.
As luck would have it, I ended up buying on the open market with excellent advice from elsewhere, would not recommend Bradley’s at all based on the fact they said they would let me know asap and never did!

Thanks for your comment as we are always looking to improve our service. The properties were marketed for some time towards the end of last year and were all reserved before Christmas. As I am sure you appreciate, we received hundreds of enquiries from people such as yourself about these properties which were marketed initially to people from Redruth as a priority. We are delighted that you managed to purchase on the open market, but sadly this would then render you ineligible for these properties as they are prioritised for people who do not have the ability to buy on the open market.

GoogleFrom the very start I knew we had picked the right Agent, Claire carried out our market appraisal & was so courteous & polite, she made getting the house on the market so easy including fees & legal work all in one package.
All viewing’s were accompanied and feedback was honest, ours was a complicated move for various reasons which did not worry them at all.
I can’t say enough about how good they are and a special mention for Claire we nicknamed “Tigger” due to her cheery bouncy manor, also Nick the manager, & of course Teean who climbed into cupboards for us to check on lightbulbs!!
