Seymours were BRILLIANT from start to finish! It was a long process (nothing to do with them) and they really worked hard. Zoe and Adam were very efficient in getting our property sold, always kept me up to date with how things were progressing and were very proactive in pushing things along. We are now finally at the end of our first experience with home buying and are extremly thankful for the support and guidance from Seymours. Adam in particular made the process much less stressful for us than we had thought it would have been. We recieved regular communication about updates in the chain, and Adam was always friendly and easy to chat to. This was something we particulary appreciated. On top of everything else, Adam tirelessly helped us in the final stages of the move, when we were struggling to get communication between solitors; without his effort we probably still would't be moving in! I started looking for a property over a year ago and had major letdowns by several estate agents. I finally found a property through Seymours. The service provided by Seymours was second to none. The first impression from Harley (Sales Negotiator) was remarkable. So professional to deal with and highly recommended if you are a landlord. The letting team provided clear guidance throughout the process; I don't believe switching between 2 agents is a straightforward thing but thanks to Aaron Williams, he really did well and made the process seem too smooth to the extent we managed to secure new tenants with no gap to the previous tenancy.

Seymour's marketed my apartment through Aaron Williams of the Camberley Office and immediately had 7 groups viewing the property, of which two made offers. One family was chosen and then Annalise Beer of the Woking Office took over the process which was then seemless until the tenants moved in. I must say, throughout, Seymours acted in a very professional manner and were easy to work with. I commend Aaron and Annalise and we are hoping for a successful relationship.

Mainly dealt with Adam, however the whole team were fantastic! During the entire purchasing process we always felt that the team had our best interest at heart. Buying a property is one of the most stressful things you can do, however using Seymours will ease a little bit of stress. Cannot rate them highly enough.
