GoogleGood for landlords but terrible if your a tenant. After vacating the property i was given a bill for ££££ for a professional clean which in my opinion was completely uncalled for as i had thoroughly cleaned the place from top to bottom. I left the property in June and this is still in dispute!

Inefficient, stressful and extremely costly. I used Romans for both Sales and Lettings, both experiences left me feeling I should have managed both processes independently as I, along with my solicitor, did 99% of the work. This would have meant far less stress and cost being incurred in both instances.
