Be Careful with Roman Auctioneers they are very Rude The less competitor for bidding so the landlord can not able to achieve the good price. Buyer also be careful don't waste your time with this auctioneer. Also you can see they are very bad estate agents in the market

GoogleHuge fees amount and they will take more money from you after your check-out.... I read all the reviews here and you can clearly see that most of them are fake. I agree with one post saying that Romans doesn't conduct its business with its tenants best interest in mind. It is all about money... Avoid!
