GoogleThe biggest liar I have ever seen in my life. Greedy bastards. We offered the asking price for a dream house, got accepted, but these greedy state agents lied to us and instead sold it to someone else without our knowledge . I would be pleased to know ahead if there are more competitor rather being told that they would not take any other offer. If they were honest I would not mind to back off. Never trust them.

Dear Mr Limbu, thank you for your feedback. I would have liked to have been able to speak with you personally prior to you leaving negative comments about our services online. It is with true regret that I understand your offer on the property in question was unable to proceed, indeed your offer was accepted by the vendor and the property was taken off the market but as I had explained to your wife who handled most of your negotiations there was an offer that had been placed before yours . This family were also committed to securing the purchase and were only interested in moving if they could secure this particular property, so much so that they offered substantially over the asking price (10's of thousands) . As I am sure you will appreciate we are engaged by our vendor and have an obligation to act in their best interest, more than this we are required to put forward any offers that are made on a property and our client needs to make an informed decision themselves as to how they want to proceed. On this occasion under the circumstances the property did not go in your favour but I assure you at no point where you mislead or lied to at any time. I do appreciate the frustration and upset that the situation has caused but I hope that you can understand that this was not by our design. I wish you and your family every success in finding a suitable property and hope that you will allow us to redeem ourselves in your eyes by assisting you with the same. Martin & Co Camberley are the letting agents for my property in Camberley. As I do not live locally I chose to have a fully managed service and it has been worth every penny . Lauren and the letting staff have ensured that the property is fully maintained and been very professional in all their dealings with me. I have genuine peace of mind about my property knowing that it is in such capable hands. When I had a change of tenants , it was handled seamlessly. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Martin & Co Camberley have been absolutely brilliant from the moment we put our property up for rental, helping us through the process & dealing promptly & professionally with any queries we had & also in dealing with any concerns raised by the tenants who reside in the property, ensuring communicated to us & dealt with efficiently & effectively for both the tenant & us as the property owners. We would definitely recommend them & actually they were recommended to us by a friend who also uses them for rental of a property he owns.

GoogleI walked into Martin & Co in Camberley looking for my first property to rent with my partner. I was met by Ray who could not have been more helpful. Within hours I was viewing properties and communication was alway professional and clear. Having been shown around by other members of the team also it is clear that the level of customer service is high through out. Would highly recommend popping in for a chat if you are looking to rent!
