FacebookVery unprofessional, had a booking today and no one has shown up - only to have been told by another couple that the viewing had been cancelled due to the owner feeling ill. No one called, no one emailed. How do these people work as estate agents - I have no idea. One lost buyer. Don’t bother with them.

GoogleVery poor customer service, have been without bathroom taps for 4 months now since first raising it, same excuse each time of chasing the landlord but no resolution or escalation...
