We’ve had a fantastic experience with Alfie Brownsmith from Chancellors. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly patient, professional, and helpful in showing us the property we’re now in the process of buying. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and to the best of his knowledge, which gave us great confidence throughout the viewing process. Alfie is a genuinely pleasant person to deal with - he never rushed us and spent as much time with us as we needed during the viewing, which we really appreciated. He also replies to emails promptly and keeps us well-informed at every step. Alfie is a real asset to Chancellors, and we feel lucky to have had his support during this important decision. Working with Jennifer was an absolute pleasure from the start. As it was the first time renting out our home in the UK, I had a lot of questions and some anxiety but she made everything feel simple, transparent, and manageable. From our first meeting, it was clear that Jennifer is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and committed to helping us find the right fit. Communication was always prompt and professional and Jennifer kept me updated every step of the way and was always available to answer questions. Although the rental process was later passed on to Kate due to delays on our part and Jennifer transferring to a different branch she made sure I got taken care of. The Team at Chancellors Camberley branch have been exceptional.Demi’s vivacious character and passion for selling houses is apparent from the start. She has the energy that is needed to get things started. Kicking things off with an extremely well attended open house which garnered lots of interest and gave us another spring in our step after 4mths on the market with another agent who just didn’t have this kind of enthusiasm. Then it’s over to Alfie, the sales negotiator, he was so well mannered, easy to like and such great knowledge about the house, community and willingness to find answers to make our buyers comfortable and curious about what could be. What a great team and they got us a sale in an extremely difficult market in around 15days!

Alfie has been consistently helpful throughout the process of our purchase, due to work that needed to be carried out in our new property Alfie was always happy to aid us in getting contractors to the property for quotes when needed. Alfie was also available on the phone for any of our queries and if he wasn’t available called back as soon as he could. As a first time buyer I can easily be described as someone who consistently panicked at every turn not knowing what to expect, but Alfie and the team always helped us out! Shockingly unprofessional and insistent. Clearly the business must be slow because they kept calling me after repeatedly telling them that I am not selling anymore and I’m not interested in renting. I explicitly told them to remove my number from their lists. They ignored that and kept calling me to get me on the market as if nothing happened. Chancers is a definition that comes to mind.
