GoogleA huge Thank You to the Charles Faye Team in Calne, from day one right up to the tenants moving in, they went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. It is so refreshing to deal with a professional company, that really care about the Landlord and finding the right Tenants. Positive feedback and advice was always on hand and they completely made the whole experience a lot easier for us.

GoogleVery bad experience, no communication regarding what was needed to go forward with moving out of a tenancy. Not helpful. Would definitely not recommend.
Unjustified review. This tenant was not a tenant of ours and definitely not managed by us. Landlord asked us to conduct an end of tenancy checkout on the property. Any issues with the property should be directed at the landlord as they manage the house and the deposit.
