Linden Homes is only worthy of 1 star. We have experienced numerous problems with Linden Homes Heathlands Development, Frimley. They have not finished the housing estate to an acceptable, livable condition. The communal areas have been left in a dangerous state, stinking bathrooms and drain issues, no maintenance and appalling customer services.

Terrible company, do not waste your money. Negligent practices, long list of issues that are quite serious and absolute lack of care. If you have 3 years to engage in pointless conversations and waste a great deal of money than speak to these guys they are expert cowboys.

Linden negotiated a price and sold my vulnerable elderly Mother a house, took her deposit, signed an agreement and left her to fall in love with the place only to ring her two weeks later to demand a further £20k. They use sharp practice of the worst kind and are completely untrustworthy. Avoid

Where do I start absolute terrible builder....5 months on from moving into the property and we are still having snagging works done.Poor workmanship has gone into this property from start to finish.Never would i buy a new build from this builder.

You can't even get through to the sales teams on the phone to get a viewing. It's hopeless. Glad I came hear and read the reviews before persevering - I'll forget it. Good work Linden, that's a customer gone before you even engaged.

We bought a new build, 5 bedroom detached home. Minimal snags, 18 months on and we are still happy. We'll, replaced the kitchen tap, but otherwise, our reservations about new builds and Linden are gone.Great sturdy materials. Good craftsmanship.

The communication from Linden/Vistry homes is appalling. We had to cancel a reservation and after reading reviews for aftercare service I think we had a lucky escape.It took 6 weeks to get our deposit back after endless emails and phone calls. Think very carefully before handing any money over!

Houses are very small and the show houses have small furniture to make the rooms look bigger. The build on these houses is dreadful and cheap, I have no idea why people would buy one. Much better options available in terms of quality builders.

Absolutely useless after sales. Bought in the south west and just get empty promises to fix any issue. Took 18 months to get the guttering fixed properly. Now been waiting 7 months for another issue. They never call back when they say. Have tried the complaints system and never received a reply. Useless!

The poor workmanship has caused irreversible structural damage. Adrian Sims (MD Chiltern) has failed to remedy major works and the 2 year builders warranty is worthless. Our dream home is a catastrophe after just months of habitation. The remedial works has triggered Asthma in my daughter as Linden refused alternative accommodation

If you are looking at the Harper’s Heath estate in Hatfield doncaster. Don’t buy. It’s like living on a council estate. Violent neighbours. Drugs. Etc. We wish we had never moved here. Sadly there are a minority which are ruining the community for the majority.

Inferior materials, incompetent sub-contractors, diabolical customer services. We have had issues such as garden used as a soak away for the site, toilet waste not coupled and flushing g into the ceiling void, electrical wires joined with parcel tape, poorly fitted flooring
