GoogleAs a first time commercial property leaser i was very anxious about the whole process but Amy was very helpful & we completed really quickly & easily. Id definitely recommend. But i would of liked to have known about when id have to start paying rent as i was caught out by not realising that it should of been written into the lease. My mistake as a novice.

FacebookRented a house for 3 years, had numerous problems with the house & had long wait periods to get issues fixed, these were major issues such as central heating, leaks & lights in areas such as the landing & stairway areas waited in excess of 6 to 8 weeks of constant asking for it fixing, the land lord had no intention of ever spending money on the house, the house I rented was an £800 a month house, I did not receive an £800 a month service, when it came to getting my deposit back the landlord got family members to do work in the garden & house & then billed me with fake receipts to the DPS even when I said I would fix any issues myself once the rain had dried up & I could mow the grass, the house had not been decorated when I moved in & the previous tenant had measured their children & wrote dates on the wall with dates that didn’t match dates I lived there, I was billed for decorating, I have all issues logged in emails & text messages & the neighbour confirmed the work was done by family members.
Good afternoon Donna and thanks for your review. This case has been referred to the DPS for arbitration as our landlord has decided to make a claim which we are duty bound to facilitate. As you are aware, the DPS will independently make a decision on the facts of the case relevant to the bond and, if the terms are found in your favour, you will be awarded the money. If the claim is legally justified, the landlord will receive the amount in dispute. You should have, by now, received the 2 thirds of the bond back that wasn’t contested. As a small reminder, please be aware that family members can be contractors and/or paid for undertaking works at properties. We will await the outcome of the DPS’ decision, then update you as appropriate. Wishing you all the best in your new home.

GoogleWe have just used FSL Wakefield to rent a flat in Wakefield for my mum and have been so impressed with them. They are, by far, the best estate agent I've ever dealt with - so friendly and helpful. Diane helped us from start to finish, and after previously contacting many other agents who were not willing to look at my mum's circumstances individually, she is now settling into her lovely new flat. GoogleI used FSL Estate Agents when looking for a property to rent in Wakefield. The service I received was very professional and everyone I contacted was extremely helpful. The lettings and property manager, Aidy, couldn’t have been more helpful. His knowledge of the property and the local area was excellent, he was very patient and more than willing to answer any question I had to ask. Thank you.

GoogleStay clear!!!.. David came to value my house.. was very unprofessional .I asked him a few questions regarding the sale of my house he refused very rude.. rushing. Then.said i had made him late.. ??worst valuer
We are straight talking Yorkshire folk so tend to speak our mind. On this occasion we understand that David gave as good as he got. Yes its unprofessional but at the same time we expect that a friendly and courteous manner is reciprocated and we understand that this wasn't the case. If only there was a Google review service to allow businesses to review customers! We need to point out that David valued your house on behalf of our client, which wasn't you, hence he was unable to answer any queries regarding the valuation.

Google`After dealing with several (stressful) agencies in the Wakefield and Leeds area, we decided to go through FSL to rent our new home. Diane was absolutely lovely, it's refreshing to have someone so helpful and organised dealing with our move. FSL have raised the bar in the Wakefield area and I would recommend them to anyone!

They've been nothing but professional and efficient, making my life very easy to get this sorted especially considering the pandemic. GoogleHad a valuation done on my property by 5 estate agents witch all came in close + - 5k. FSL came and did a valuation and wasn’t Evan close. And it was Wdh that had you visit my property not me. So check your records again
Thankyou for the review, however we haven't undertaken a valuation directly for you so fail to see the reason for leaving a review, poor or otherwise. Maybe leaving the review made you feel better, who knows, however it won't influence the valuation we undertook for our client which was carried out using different criteria to high-street estate agents over inflating your expectations to try and win your business.

GoogleAwful company, not a single time they will send representative to your business along with the client... And on top of that if the buyer decided to come back after few months, they will chase you because 'they found you this client'. Highly not recommended
Thanks for the review Pete. How ironic that you have only given a one star review even though you got a five star service. We quickly found you a willing buyer who went ahead and bought your family business. You then tried to get out of paying for our services. Unfortunately these things catch up with you eventually. Its somewhat sour grapes that you now don't like that you have been caught out! If you are reading this response and have a business or commercial property that you want to sell or let out, just like 1 star Pete (Piotr Dzuibek) and his family did, then give us a call on 01924 200101 where you will definitely receive a 5 star service - whilst we are competitively priced we will expect you to pay for it.

We are sorry you didn't feel you received the information you were looking for, however remember our clients are the landlords who provide us with 5 star feedback for protecting their properties from applicants who cant provide a proof of income and who cant give us a straight answer to being employed or not.

GoogleA bit of an unprofessional experience towards the end when it came to handing over the keys, but other than that I've had no problems.
