GoogleFantastic service, everyone in the office is so helpful and explain everything in thorough detail, selling my home has never felt so easy, achieved more than I expected, and helped me through the process of solicitors and looking for my next home. Charlie, Marcus, Mia and Connor have been great and Maddy and James on the viewings have been superb. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else, a breath of fresh air!

He was punctual, knowledgable and confident - a good listener and definitely understood the real world assets I was looking for. Most of the information required was to hand and the small amount that wasn't was quickly sourced and supplied.I would highly recommend both Sam and M&B based on my experiences so far.

It is so refreshing to have an aftersale staff member at an estate agent who calls me on a daily basis in the build up to exchange, keeps me constantly updated with all updates, and is always available on the phone or over email whenever I needed to speak to him. Without his relentless chasing up of solicitors, I'm not we would have exchanged contracts before our deadline, but with his help we managed it with two days to spare! GoogleWe recently purchased a house with Minors & Brady and we found Bradley Stark to be very professional and accommodating as we had to travel down from London and he was happy to show us around our dream home at such short notice. He was very knowledgeable about the property and the area it was in. Bradley also seemed to know the seller of the house and called him by his name which we thought was very insightful and proved to us that he genuinely cares about his job and the people he deals with.

It has been a long process due to complications above us in the chain and I would specifically like to mention Jamie Laville who has been extremely professional with both his approach and communication throughout the process. Despite not always having good news to deliver, he was consistent with keeping me informed and provided assurance to me in a calm manner when at times It’s fair to say my frustration showed. GoogleWe have been so impressed with the Minors and Brady team from the initial meeting through to the completion of my mother’s house sale. They have been so efficient, but friendly and polite too, and have also taken on board our opinions on how we wanted to proceed such as conducting the viewings ourselves and a commitment not to sell the property as a second home or holiday let. We were also very appreciative of the post-sale team and wish to highlight all the work that our Aftersales Progressor, Julia Pauluch, did to keep us informed of the whole process. She is a breath of fresh air with her bubbly personality and so helpful to have regular updates by email and phone keeping us in the loop. She also was in constant contact with both lots of solicitors and our buyers. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

GoogleFirst impressions, one of the better experiences with Estate Agents I’ve had. On first contact over the phone, Mia Staff was quick to send me information via email and able to arrange a viewing out of normal hours for me. This struck me as good attention to the customer. She then continued to communicate with me via email or telephone; promptly keeping me well informed. Mia does go the extra mile by talking slowly on the phone and showing expression in her emails, which gives it a more personalised experience during our interactions. She has however set the standard very high and I equally expect highly of them, which so far they have shown high quality in helping new tenants by providing information packets using a very well functioning online method. The rest of the team have also been helpful when answering the phone and being direct with me, which is much appreciated. Following agreement of terms and instruction of solicitors @Jamie became our main point of contact in M&B keeping us informed weekly with a professional, concise & honest update on how our purchase was progressing, right up to the point of us taking possession. I would definitely recommend M&B to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property in Norfolk. GoogleWe had been on the market for sometime with another agent and eventually succumb to the emails and telephone calls we had received from Minors & Brady seeing how we were getting on. My first point of contact was Mia who has been amazing, she was very friendly, yet professional and was able to answer any questions we had. Secondly we had Will as our photographer... WOW!! His photos of our property were brilliant, they exceeded our expectations, especially compared to the photos we already had with our other agent. He arrived early and was so helpful with getting things ready, moving objects and staging our property perfectly. Thirdly would be Caitlin for putting together our beautiful brochure, she swiftly made the adjustments that i wanted to make and also finalised the sale of our house with the memorandum. Shown round houses with minors and Brady. They didn’t turn the power on for the first viewing so we had to view a house in the dark with only the light on our phones. Multiple viewings after with no heating even though we requested it. They didn’t know anything about the house and couldn’t answer any questions. Sold my house with them as well. Mistake. Can’t speak to anyone when you do they just lie to you telling you things they think you want to hear. Every other week the person looking after you quits and leaves the company but no one tells you so you are just looking for a response. The estate agent showing people around my house was saying negative things about me all picked up and recorded on my pet cam. Over all extremely disappointed. Terrible experience that took nearly 6 months in total. Don’t use.
