GoogleMade an appointment with M & B to view a property. They confirmed the time by telephone. Arrived at the property only to be told that we were not expected. Owner had in fact been told that we hadn’t got back to them to confirm. After viewing (the owner kindly showed us round) we put in an offer. Contacted M & B the following afternoon to find out if the offer had been accepted. Was told ( very curtly) that a voicemail had been left declining the offer. No it wasn’t! Not impressed with their service or attitude and after talking with the owner of the property neither was he.

On the initial phone call, Ollie gave a great review of Minors and Brady's recent success in selling houses in the area. Tina showed excellent professionalism and enthusiasm when valuing our house. Brad took stunning photos and Shania produced an lovely clear brochure (and was quick and efficient with requested changes). We did not hesitate in selecting Minors and Brady to sell our property and happily recommend to others.
