Was buying my first property with Minors & Brady and if it wasn’t for Gina Page I would have had been clueless. Reply’s within the hour every single time, calls back promptly, coached us through each of the steps, keeping us informed almost daily with updates. Telling us what the next step is and what the next thing is we need to do. She really did make the whole process so much easier and a whole lot less stressful! If I ever move in the future she will 100% be my go to person. Couldn’t recommend enough. And if your looking to buy/ sell a property with Minors & Brady and get told Gina will be dealing with it for you. Thank your lucky stars fantastic work!

From the outset we were impressed with the forward thinking approach to selling our home. Once a sale was agreed, we were kept informed by Abi Mackintosh of all progress and there was a smooth transition to the after care team. the sale is currently going through and hopefully we will be in by Christmas! Our only criticism was the pressure by one sales negotiator to reduce the price of our property. We had already reduced by £25k and after only a week of the reduced price, were advised to drop again from £500k to £475k. We were not in a hurry to sell and had made this clear from the outset. I am pleased to say that we managed to achieve £515k! I found the regular phone calls regarding us reducing a little off putting but glad we stood our ground and did not drop any further. We were firm with the sale negotiator and this worked. Overall a really good service so far
