We had a great experience with the team throughout our rental process. Kayleigh Samuel was extremely helpful in assisting us with renting the property. She was professional, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. While Kayleigh was on annual leave, Natash kindly stepped in and helped arrange all the document signing promptly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. Even after we moved in, the team continued to provide excellent support by arranging and resolving maintenance issues. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them.

Yasmin and her team at Aktons have recently sold a house belonging to a close family member. We cannot recommend them highly enough. The team at Aktons did a fantastic job in marketing, arranging viewings and selling the house. Throughout the whole Conveyancing process, Yasmin and the team kept communication channels open; showing patience, understanding and exceptional industry experience. Their office door was always open for us to pop in with any questions or enquiries. Emails, without fail, were always dealt with promptly and proactively. As Estate Agents, we could trust them completely and that made such a difference to our family member. An Estate Agency team that really do care.

The sale of my house concluded last week & I can't recommend Yasmin at Aktons, Caerphilly, highly enough. Prompt communication & transparency are basic qualities required when a buyer / seller navigates such a major transaction: Yasmin delivered every time with courtesy & consideration. Furthermore, Aktons commission rates are 1/2 percent lower than other agents. Yasmin explained they are not part of a franchise so have more agency. She also undertakes the process from start to finish beginning with the valuation. Five stars is well deserved.

Honestly, can't recommend these gals/guys more. Popped into their office recently looking for a place to rent, and the lovely ladies I dealt with jumped straight into action and about a week later I'm looking at possibly moving into a new place. My partner and I fell in love with a property that was on the market with Aktons. We spoke to Aqual from Aktons and decided we wanted to sell ours through his company too. He made us feel like nothing was too much hassle for him and his colleagues, because it literally wasn't!! I've never sold a house before so was quite clueless and to make matters worse I was heavily pregnant so moving house at that time probably wasn't ideal but everyone at Atkons made it easy! If I had a question I could contact Aqual at any time. He even replied to me when he was away on holiday, which I wouldn't have expected! My partner & I can't recommend Aqual, Yasmin & Jo enough. They were absolutely amazing! Hopefully I'll never move again but if I ever were to I would only use Aktons.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Aktons estate agency in Caerphilly on two occasions in the past 3 years, firstly renting out my property and then this week selling my property. All the staff have been amazing, they made one of the most difficult times of my life much easier. I decided to use the team at Aktons to sell my property as I had received outstanding service from them when i rented out a previous property. Nothing was to much to ask, they always answered any questions , got back to me straight away and dealt with both my rental and sale very professionally but with that extra personal touch. When we needed any information or anything chased up, they were only too happy to assist and were always very punctual in coming back to us. Very poor service throughout. We have rented a property through Fussells/Aktons for 7 years and had multiple inspections without issue. When we decided to terminate our tenancy due to a £275 pcm increase and no investment in the property during that time the tone changed. We were hit with numerous insignificant and incorrect points in an attempt to retain our bond for the landlord, despite agreeing that normal wear and tear over 7 years was expected. It was disappointing and obvious to see that they only had the landlords interests in mind in order to keep the property on their books.

Background info I am a teacher with a young daughter 6yra old, rented a property from these for 4 years. When moved out I hired a cleaner for 3 days to clean the whole property, had the house painted, and all carpets cleaned. Very unprofessional service. Make you feel like worthless or less than they are. Miss out important information loose paper work, don't respond to urgent calls. Rented a property for 4 years never missed a rental payment. Not returning bond after check out and every house inspection said with everything is fine, looked after no problems etc.... no inventory was done because the property was damanged and in need of TLC painting, broken items when I moved in. Left without heating with a young child for months. Nothing being done. Left with a broken boiler for over 2 years. Left with a faulty front door lock for over 3 years. Left with a leaking ceiling for 2 years had to eventually move out because of the damp. Faulty cooker from moment moved in never fixed. Didn't remove rubbish and furniture from garden when I moved in. Broken window locks never replaced or changed. No help with maintenance throughout years of renting a property. Leaks, ceilings fallen through, building work not completed. Will not return bond because the landlord spent a week painting the property before renting the property again. I am now very upset about this as I never moaned, allways paid and now I am left being treated very badly, the way this estate agent has spoken to me over the past 6 months is very unprofessional. Would avoid at all costs. Now having to get legal advice because of the poor treatment.
