GoogleWe used Your Move Bury to market our property but after months on the market and not much effort made with photos or to sell it we decided to go with a different agency. We've contacted Your Move to remove our property from the online platforms but after 3 weeks and a number of reminder emails and calls they haven't taken it down. Not sure if this is petty spite or sheer incompetence but it is unacceptable. If I could rate them zero I would.

GoogleWe sold our flat through S&S last year and were impressed by the professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness of all the team at Poundbury. We had to complete our transaction from a distance and the team made this very easy for us - nothing was too much trouble on the occasions when we required a little extra help. GoogleAs a landlord, I have been using this company for a number of years for my property and liability insurance requirements. Since the takeover by the Gallagher group, I've found that interactions with the company have become more challenging. It all depends who picks up the phone - you may have an excellent experience but on the other hand it may be exasperating. Suffice it to say, when I have had a claim, the process did go relatively smoothly.

We are not the Landlord or Letting Agent of the property you have rented nor do we have any control over its condition. Having reviewed the report carried out by my company it has listed all the problems with evidential photos. GoogleComplete and utter disgrace! Stay away from this company! They take your money twice (plus another amount for something they don't even offer anymore!), assure you that it'll be no problem and they'd issue the refund straightaway... it's now been 5 months, and since the last deadline is up tomorrow, we'll have to lawyer up to get our money back. Total scam!

They found a reliable tenant within days of being approached have recimmend d excellent tradespeople to ready the house for occupation and coordinated their work.
