GoogleVery bad agency. They make an appointment to see the house and on the day of the viewing they send an email that their appointment has been cancelled. the same thing has happened twice
We are sorry to hear that your viewing appointment was cancelled. Unfortunately the rental market is extremely buoyant and occasionally we do have to cancel appointments due to lets being agreed on properties. We are sorry this is the case.

As first time renters, we harboured uncertainties but Pearson Ferrier made the rental process as transparent, humane and seamless as possible right from the first meeting with the pleasant letting negotiator during our apartment viewing. It has been a wonderful experience so far and we look forward to a rewarding rental future with the firm.

GoogleThe staff were not very approachable and seemed unwilling to engage when I had questions. Their attitude came across as dismissive, making it difficult to communicate or feel heard.
Jimmy this is very much the opposite of the usual response we get when we interact with our customers, could I ask for more detail, what did your query relate to, how did you communicate with the office and perhaps who did you speak to Julian Ferrier

GoogleWe contacted Pearson & Ferrier as we seen a property advertised for rent which suited our needs perfectly. From the first call to arrange the viewing to meeting Lois at the house was just effortless. Lois shown us round the home as if it was her own and there was no question unanswered. Lois and Charlotte dealt with our application which was done on goodlord. I’m not technical but it was easy enough to do. We finally have our perfect home, I am so glad i decided to attend the viewing after having a morning of feeling hopeless. Lois makes Pearson & Ferriers motto “a property for everyone” even more true. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Jade, ellis and the babies x

GoogleCouldn’t recommend using Pearson Ferrier enough! I have sold a few properties with them now and after dealing with different estate agents in the area previously, I can say that Pearson Ferrier are the best. Jen and Iain from the Sales Team always chase the sale right through to completion and keep me informed of any updates as and when they receive them. The latest sale was agreed nice and quickly despite other agents taking a long time to sell similar properties on the same street. 5*

She is clearly experienced and knowledgeable, which was very reassuring as I wasn't on hand to meet potential tenants and and dealt with the inevitable difficulties that arose, very professionally. One of the things I appreciated the most was the clear and timely communication throughout the rental process.

GoogleBooked a double viewing on the phone. Gave all my details and was told it was booked. Turned up for the viewing, nobody there. Rang them and was told there was no booking for that day/time at that place. Had to arrange after school club for the kids which costs money and leave work early at my expense (self employed). Absolutely fuming at how useless one person can be and my time and money wasted.

GoogleLack of communication throughout the whole place. I got told by the Estate agent who manages my house that I could do a “day rate” to stay one extra day at the end of the tenancy but they didn’t communicate with the owner of the house (who’s details I never got) now the Owner of the house wants to take ME to court for not being out on my tenancy end date. They have not communicated with anybody and of course have not took any responsibility what so ever, even all what’s app messages are clearly to them. They wouldn’t communicate with the landlord due to them saying she was “aggressive” towards them through out the whole tenancy. Would not recommend what so ever they cause more mental health than it’s even worth ! Go elsewhere and get a proper management of your home and have peace of mind that they are giving you correct information and not costing you more money in court because they can’t be bothered to communicate with the OWNER of the house, it’s like they don’t have a clue what they are doing. They don’t fix stuff in the property but are on you like a rash if you have not paid rent by 12 the day it’s due ! Some may call them money grabbers…….the house was handed over to us in a absolute state and we left it in a tidy manor and even fixed stuff in the house (at our own cost) because they are not worth even asking to do a fixtures to the property. The whole house was false advertised to us as well as we was promised appliances will be left for us…..on the day of moving in the house was emptied and again cost us almost £1000 more in having to provide all appliances due to again LACK OF COMMUNICATION. What we got told after making all of this known was that the owner of this branch isn’t interested. But what else could you expect from this place?
