Lois and Samantha have been brilliant throughout, but recently I have crossed paths with Simon also. Simon is brilliant. He is extremely patient and answers all questions clearly. I've been a tenant with Pearson and Ferrier for just under a year now, when a new opportunity opened with them the support I received was incredibly well handled. As of writing this today is my moving day and I feel confident and assured everything is going smoothly and I've received all the information in a timely and informative manner. Stuart is very rude!! Called about a commercial property and he was rushing me off the phone saying the landlord deals with the viewings. I asked if it was James once and then twice because the first time he didn’t acknowledge it and then he basically shouted “yes it’s James I’ve said it about 4 times now!!” Not very professional. Don’t appreciate being spoken to like a child.

We have just sold our house by auction through Pearson Ferrier Estate Agents Offices based on Walmersley Road Bury. Simon and his team are responsible for the Auction section of the business. Simon was most competent and thoroughly explained the process by which we could sell our home through the auction process. He also recommended an excellent solicitor to act on our behalf. During the process, Simon first helped us with filling in the forms and gave us clear and appropriate guidance at all times. He kept us updated and where necessary gave us informed and useful advice. Simon is a consummate professional and has excellent attention to detail, providing exemplary customer care. AMAZING EVERYTHING!!! Where do I start…. I can’t thank all the management and staff at Pearson and ferrier enough. They helped me with finding and renting my first home which I am absolutely in love with. They listened to every request and needs I had and went out of their way to find my perfect property. Turned up for a booked viewing and stood there waiting for an apartment that apparently didn’t even exist anymore. When I called, they casually told me it was taken yesterday meaning they let me travel, show up, and waste my time for absolutely nothing. No call. No email. No basic courtesy. If this is their idea of “service,” I’d hate to see their idea of chaos. Avoid unless you enjoy being treated like an afterthought.
