They were much better for me as a buyer than I expected from my experiences with them as a seller. Quick communicationsgood intermediary with seller courteous at all times. Only problem was the actual promotional stuff they gave for the house in the 1st place, which contained fewer details than other local agents.

Very positive when offering to put house on market, but once on the market house viewing assistants where poor. No knowlege of the house and fittings etc. Also late at appointments so ended up showing people around my self, answering all of there questions myself.Once house was under offer communication was poor.
