GoogleNigel dealt with our purchase of a property in April. Communication was through telephone and by post, but would have preferred the option of email. There was more communication towards completion date and the day itself. Initially, information about the vendor's status wasn't forthcoming but phone calls were returned and queries were dealt with eventually. Overall, I would recommend Normie and Co.

Normie dealt with the sale of my mother' house this year. It was put on the market at Easter and the sale was completed in mid September. I dealt with Nigel who advised at the beginning and assisted until completion. He was a lovely friendly man and I felt he was totally trust-worthy and dealt with the sale efficiently. I didn’t have the smoothest purchase but Normie made it a lot easier and definitely kept me at ease throughout the process. GoogleExceptional service from a proactive and courteous team who impressed from the first phone call. I cannot fault the service provided during a long and difficult transaction. Particular mention should be made of Nicole for her persistence in chasing a slow solicitor and for keeping me constantly updated on progress. I have dealt with many estate agents over the years but have never received such efficient and helpful service. I recommend this business unreservedly.

Normie acted as the agent for the house we purchased in Whitefield. Right from the initial viewing to completion, myself and my partner have had a fantastic experience with Normie. Nicole the sales progression was absolutely on-it, when it came to chasing our (pretty poor) solicitors and was always incredibly helpful, quick to respond and understanding throughout. We also got a lovely framed picture showing our viewing, contract exchange and completion date from them when we came to collect keys. Thank you to the entire team for making a stressful experience, much less traumatic!
