GoogleI've been renting with this letting agents for years because the staff are approachable, professional and quick to respond to queries. Pam, Carole and Lesley deserve real commendation, along with their colleagues. Also the local companies the company uses for maintenance do their job well.

GoogleDreadful people to deal with. Rude & look down their noses at you. Also, inspected the property without permission on more than one occasion. Considering how much money you end up spending as a renter, they have absolutely no respect for their clients.

We are sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience. Unfortunately, we do not seem to have your records on our system. Please give us a call on 0161 773 4583 so that we can discuss how best to resolve your issue. Just for the record each of our managed properties have quarterly management visits carried out, a letter is issued to the tenant’s email address one week prior to our visit. This is written into all our AST agreements.

All properties managed by Hyde Estate & Letting Agents have management visits carried out, a letter is issued to the tenant’s email address one week prior to our visit. This is written into all our AST agreements, so I can only assume there has been a misunderstanding. When you vacated the property, you left a broken bathroom light fitting that required a replacement to be supplied and fitted by our electrician at a cost of £40. The oven required cleaning at a pre-determined cost that you were made aware of one month prior to you vacating the property giving you ample opportunity to return this in a similar condition to that at the time you moved in. I apologise if you feel staff were rude and I will investigate this, I can assure you this is never our intention. Daniel.
