GoogleAbsolutely horrible experience as a tenant under these rogues. I was repeatedly lied to over the course of my tenancy. On several occasions I was told one thing over the phone only to be told something completely different by email shortly after. Cowardly behaviour indeed. Avoid this company like the plague if you're a tenant or property owner, you will get much better service elsewhere.
I am sorry to see this review and to hear you were so upset for two years under our management. I feel we offer a very attentive service to both our many landlords and tenants. We have always been helpful and accommodating for your many issues that predate our management, I believe we resolved every one of them. We were very accommodating and understanding when you ruined the living room carpet with your exploding home brew kit, and when you touched up your scuffed walls in the wrong colour. I am sorry we couldn’t have done any more for you and we hope you are very happy in your new home.

GoogleStole our holding deposit and wouldn’t let us move in. Where very aggressive over the phone to us, one of which is mentally ill and extremely vulnerable. Avoid this company unless you support vulnerable mentally ill people being exploited and robbed.
This review is an inaccurate representation of the facts. This matter has been dealt with via email communication and trust matters have now been resolved satisfactorily. This company will no longer correspond with regards to this matter.

GoogleI rent with Hyde and I like them! Haven't always been able to say that with letting agents. They do their job, they are nice to talk to, there hasn't been a raft of unreasonable fees and when my electricity went off it got sorted out of hours nice and easily. No complaints :)

GoogleHydes have been letting out my property since September last year after a disastrous period using another letting agent. Hydes advice was first rate at getting my property up to spec and on the market at a desirable price for all parties, and their maintenance network has been absolutely first rate throughout.

GoogleBooked a flat viewing and drove 25 minutes just to be told that they tried to call me (which they didn’t) and left me a voicemail (which they didn’t) that someone has already taken the place... Very big waste of time and not very organised.
