I am sorry that you feel you have had a bad experience. I have spoken with our lettings department and I have seen the emails regarding your attempt to let a property through our agency in May 2014. It would appear that you were unable to provide us with a satisfactory employers reference and in our final email to you, we were still pursuing a reference from your employer when you informed us you had sourced another property.
