I recently purchased a property through Harrisons and although they were not acting on my behalf, the service I received was exceptional. Lynne, Seth and Oliver were absolutely fantastic throughout the process. As a first-time buyer from the very first viewing, I felt supported. The viewing wasn't rushed at all, and Oliver took the time to answer all my questions, making sure I had the space to really get a feel for the property. His professionalism and warmth made a real difference. Communication was excellent from start to finish and I was kept informed at every stage with Lynne going above and beyond to ensure that completion happened on the date I needed, something I am incredibly grateful for. I recently embarked on a quest to find the first home for my adult daughter (20) and her friend and the rental market is brutal. Harrison’s were the dozenth or so agent I engaged with and my goodness did they stand out from day 1. Mark was so responsive and we found the dream home for my daughter. Throughout the diligence process he was so supportive and compassionate. Compared to the other agents who are either totally complacent and uncooperative to those who rely all on automation- I would recommend harrison estates to everyone. Even since we’ve taken the keys- the perfectionist approach to the property standard is so reassuring. 10/10 on every single thing to get my daughter to her first home. Landlords beware Very professional and accomodating when letting out your property. But beware if you decide to go it alone it then becomes unprofessional. Your tenants will have difficulty getting their deposit back if they decide to leave. I, and I am led to believe some others, had to go through the dps and a solicitor in order to 'press the button' as it was termed, to get my deposit back even though my landlord stated, in an email, which was forwarded on, that I was entitled to the full amount back. I agree with a previous post, awful service. My grievance lies with yourselves. You made absolutely no attempt to contact the landord. I was warned that i would need to go through the DPS as this same situation arose previously. I have never lived at the address you quoted in an email and I wasn't at my previous address almost 10 years, maybe you are confusing me with a previous comlaint. Who are the professionals here??? I rest my case.

Harrison’s have been everything you would hope for from an Estate Agent. They are very approachable and supportive, they always respond to phone calls and emails and are completely professional at all times. The house was being sold whilst we were living away. We were able to trust the whole team at Harrison’s to ensure all the viewings were undertaken safely and that the house was looked after. We were kept informed at all times, and when we were unsure of anything we were given sensible and honest advice. Our sale hit a few bumps along the road, Harrison’s liaised with other agents in the chain, solicitors and the purchaser to ensure the sale completed. Without their experience, hard work and persistence I’m not sure we would have ever completed the sale !
