GoogleTook over my rented home and asked for a list of issues, fixed the 'easy' ones and left the others despite chasing. When we moved out they 'couldn't get in touch' with the landlord to give our deposit back but got in touch to put someone new in the house. Took 6 months of no contact and we had to go through the Deposit Protection service to get it. Awful service, avoid.
