GoogleI have never previously sold a property via an auction. To say that it was a breeze would be an understatment. Auction Agent Property Auction House figuratively held my hand throughout the whole process. I can unhesitatingly recommend them to any potential customer The foregoing was my feelings on my first experience with them. Since then I have sold 2 more using Auction Agent Property Auction House and there is nothing more I can add to my first experience. I am well satisfied.

GoogleI don't usually leave reviews but selling my house through Simon's Auction was brilliant. It was an easy process and I felt confident with him and how he was dealing with me. He kept in constant contact throughout all the proceedings, from the viewings and offers to the actual auction. I went in with my doubts but after speaking to him and listening to his advice I came out on top and had a brilliant result. Can't thank you all enough for all the hard work put in to make this sale so successful.

GoogleI have been enormously impressed with firstly Shazia with whom I first dealt with at Auction Agent and then Aliah who handled the case later. Both of these women were patient and explained everything extremely clearly to me. Most impressive was their knowledge of the auction market, their advice on how to proceed, how to deal with offers and how to get the best price for me. I have to say that at first I was a bit reluctant to use a smaller agent to sell my property but actually it turns out small is beautiful! They were much more approachable than any agent I've dealt with before, responding to messages out of office hours at one point which I think is fantastic service! I'd definitely use them again if I had anything else to sell. I'd give them 11/10 if that was a thing!

GoogleNever having sold a property at auction we were a little apprehensive particularly when the advice was to set the guide price well below what we felt the property was worth. However simon obviously knew his market well and as a result, we achieved much higher selling price than I ever expected Needless to say we are delighted. The whole process of dealing with the auction agent and simon easy, friendly and reassuring. We would highly recommend the auction route and, in particular, AUCTION AGENT

GoogleFriendly staff. However auction rules are abit off. Guide prices are atkeast a £100k from the reserve. Second time tried to bid they withdraw from auction just 1 hour before auction. Not good.

It is never our intention to give our customers anything other than an excellent customer experience and we are sorry you have felt this was not the case for you this time. Most auctions including ours welcome pre-auction offers which the vendors are made aware of. Ultimately, it is the vendor’s decision whether the offer is at a level they would be prepared to accept. In this instance, an offer was made during the auction and as there had been no bids on the property with just over an hour to go, the vendors decided to accept the offer. We do recall your previous experience with Auction Agent. You were advised at that time to place your best and final offer for the property, which you did. Unfortunately, your best and final offer was not the highest offer we received and the vendor decided to sell to the other party. We generally advise our customers that if they are interested in a particular property, to put their offers in early and not wait until the last minute. We wish you the very best in your future property dealings.
