Tracy and Anthony have been just great - very patient and understanding over the months we've been looking for just the right house. I never got the feeling that they were only after a sale, because I also found they were honest and informative, so that we were able to make the right decision based on facts as well as feelings. In the end, the house we've found is out of their area, but I was so grateful to them and their friendly advice and practical help which made us feel that our future mattered to them. Highly recommended!

High praise for Lottie Watts and the team at Jackson-Stops, Newmarket who recently sold my mother’s house. Superior sales particulars with a real attention to detail, personable and knowledgeable office staff and great communication from viewing feedback to negotiating the sale itself. They were very adaptable as the sale proved a little more complicated than first anticipated. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

GoogleViewed a property on Jackson Stops books today which was in poor decorative order. Part of the ceiling had polystyrene tiles! There is a hideous 1940's fireplace , the kitchen was very poorly laid out and the garden was just a jungle. I can only describe it as 'cheapskate' and I would be ashamed to present it to the market in such condition.NegativeQuality, Value
Dear Mr McIntosh, I am very sorry that you didn't like the rental property that you viewed, we always endeavour to advise our landlords to handover properties to our tenants in the best possible condition and the farm cottage in question was completely redecorated, re-carpeted, polystyrene tiles were removed and the garden was cleared and tidied and given the chance, my colleague's in the lettings department would have explained to you about those scheduled works, regards, Matt Cutting

This is a well established and professional company that has been in business for over 100 years and certainly this shows and is witnessed from the keen staff to the partners from top to bottom. Someone once told me that moving home was more stressful that having a child. Being a man I can’t attest to that but my wife can and it is. But with a superb partner like Anthony Inskip you are in superb and experienced hands He is the cool hand Luke of JS and he carries you through the tough days My wife and I have moved constantly in our 45 year careers some 14 houses. This 15th and hopefully last happy move has been in the hands of ardent professionals Jackson Stops

Jackson-Stops and namely ‘Harriet’ in the Pimlico office provided an excellent service throughout. Even though we were all working together from a distance due to international travel and commitments, Harriet was always present, extremely professional and thoroughly diligent throughout the process. We had such a good experience with Jackson-Stops. From our first viewing of the property the agent gave really good advice about how and when to proceed with an offer. It took us a few months to sell our property but the agent kept regularly in touch with us during this period which was really reassuring. When we were able to negotiate the agent gave more really good advice which allowed us to make an offer that secured the property. During the legal phase the agent kept us up to date and acted as an effective link between seller/solicitor and us. We can't fault the service that Jackson-Stops provided and would recommend them without hesitation.

GoogleWe bought our house in Bury St Edmunds with the help of Rosanna (Ro') at Jackson-Stops Bury office. Despite the sale of our own home in Cambridge taking nearly a year to finalise, Ro' managed to hold the purchase deal together and without her continued effort, enthusiasm and two way communication with the sellers and ourselves, we would probably still be in limbo. Estate agents have a bad reputation this is true! However, Jackson Stops have complely changed my opinion. Despite problems with a pandemic, incompetent solicitors (not recommended by Jackson Stops I hasten to add) and a delicate buying chain, Mandy and her team worked tirelessly to get us over tge line into our dream house.
