I rented in Cambridge through Morris Armitage in 2 separate properties across around 4 years. They were incredibly professional, and it was a pleasure interacting with both Nathaniel and Rachel from MA, who always sorted us out as soon as we got in touch if anything was ever wrong. They were friendly, professional, and I haven't got a single complaint about how they handled it all - easily the best experience with an estate agent I have had, as I have been renting for over 10 years. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using them. They even went so far as to stand up to the landlord on our behalf when the landlord was being unreasonable. It's been a genuine pleasure - many thanks!

During the whole stressful process of selling our house, Nick Plumb has been accessible, helpful, professional and amicable. His involvement throughout was so helpful as we knew we could rely on him to do what he said he was going to do. This enabled us not to feel isolated during the process as our conveyancer was so bad at communication. I highly recommend selling through Morris Armitage, Burwell.

From the start they regularly kept us up to date with the process of renting out our flat. This regular communication took all the worry from what was something new for us. Our flat was rented out quickly and now apart from recieving updates and the rent we don’t have to think about it. All the staff were friendly, professional and able to answer all of our questions. We have been using the property management of Morris Armitage in Cambridge for over 3 years now (they are our letting agents here) and I can confidently say that this has been a totally positive experience. The original viewing arrangement was done promptly, then they would support us through the document submission process when applying for the property. They were really efficient in drafting the original contract too. After we moved in they have been the reliable "go to" experts in getting the right specialists/engineers fix various maintenance issues almost immediately. All in all, it's been and still is a great experience working with MA!
