Best experience ever! This was my first time buying a house and despite of all the bad experience my friends had with their agency, my experience was amazing! Constant responses, helped with everything, answered all of my random questions. Debs was updating me at every turn. The nightmare and worries of the whole process, MA was a good part and did make it much easier. A big thank you to Debs, Vicky and Lisa! I highly recommend them! A+++ service and support.

We engaged the services of Morris Armitage to sell a property in Red Lodge. They were helpful, enthusiastic and efficient. We had problems in getting documents from the property management company. Debi Bond was particularly helpful in sorting out the issues we had. Would highly recommend.

GoogleWe had a wonderful experience with Morris Armitage (particularly Debi who went above and beyond in helping!), who were the estate agents for the home we were purchasing. As they weren't our own estate agents, we weren't necessarily expecting much contact with them directly, but they were honestly so helpful, and truly crucial in getting the sale over the line by chasing sellers and conveyancers. Debi handled everything with a wonderfully friendly, professional expertise that made us feel 100x better during the trickier moments. We would absolutely recommend them to others.

We bought our house that was up for sale through Morris Armitage. The guy who showed us the property was so uninterested and seemed annoyed when I shared my opinions about the house to my husband. I look at houses for sale in our area all the time and the Morris ones are always over priced. I can literally pick out the houses for sale by Morris that will sit for ages and I'm always right. Pretty telling when a non professional can gauge house prices better than the realtor. This was a couple of years ago now fyi. I just get annoyed by there blatant over priced houses.

GoogleI was previously listed with another local agent (Bovingdons) who were absolutely awful. Viewings dried up, no comms and constantly chasing. Not interested, no ideas. Enter Morris Armitage - what a breath of fresh air. Constant contact, rarely had to chase and made a real effort to freshen up my listing, worked actively with potential buyers and gave good feedback throughout. The sale took a long time and there's always some luck involved in finding the right buyer but we got over the line and I would highly recommend them. Even when things went slightly south (the buyer suddenly wanted to not be a cash buyer and tie in a property sale) they managed to intervene and get me back on track. Saved me three months of extra anguish. Selling is hard in the UK and don't make the mistake I did by using a poor agent - literally night and day difference and I'd definitely use MA again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

After a very bumpy start with another estate agent we decided to go with the best. Lee Vice came to my property and gave advice on what needed to make the property inviting to a buyer. I took his advice and put the property on the market with Morris Armitage. They had an agreed sale within a week. I would definitely recommend the team. The communication was brilliant the whole journey.

GoogleA huge thank you to Debi for being an absolute star during our house purchase. It rumbled on for a year with numerous set backs along the way and we genuinely considered backing out on several occassions. Debi was always at the other end of the phone to help or rant to. I genuinely don't think that we would have ever got here without her perseverance. She was professional throughout and always followed up on her promises. I would definitely recommend.

I recently sold my house through Morris Armitage and I would highly recommend Simon and his team. Their charges were reasonable and the whole process from start to finish was handled very efficiently, but also with a personal touch. A huge shout out to Debs who supported me through a stressful few months. She was amazingly helpful, responsive and reliable, and couldn’t have worked harder for me chasing up solicitors and acting as a go between. I really couldn’t have done it all without her help and I am so grateful to her. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Morris Armitage again in the future.

I cannot recommend Morris Armitage enough! Debi could not have done more for us. We had a fair few hurdles along the way, through no fault whatsoever of Morris Armitage, but they dealt with it effectively and efficiently and made a very stressful situation so much easier. I don’t believe the move would have happened at all had it not been for their services. In particular Debi, she made the whole process so much smoother and was always on hand to help. I just wanted to say thank you so to Debi Bond at Morris Armitage for excellent customer service. It is a stressful process buying a new home, but Debi went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. I know Debi is very busy in her role, but she always returned my phone calls and emails promptly and was constantly in contact to update me and chase solicitors and vendors. She is a real credit and asset to the company.

Honest and transparent service.We had a terrible time with another agent withholding information which resulted in wasting 17 weeks on selling our empty property.We explained the situation to MA, Jamie was really helpful and informative (he knew about the area and the property, taking a genuine interest in finding out about both). Lined up buyers who were genuinely interested in our property, after a full day of viewings we had a number of offers. We accepted on their recommendation an offer, when I queried this at a later date, they gave me a full and frank breakdown of all the offers and the buyers situation, and we 100% agreed with their assessment. They ensured that the sale when through smoothly and kept us informed all the way. Can not recommend them highly enough!

I used Morris Armitage's tenant finding service to get tenants into a property that I have recently moved out of. Nathaniel was extremely helpful. He quickly responded to my enquiry and came round to view/valuate the house. I outlined the timeline I wanted to work with and Morris Armitage kept to it very well. They created an advertisement for the property on RightMove, arranged viewings, and then gave me a list of tenants to choose from. Once locked in, the lease agreement was drafted and signed on my behalf. The inventory clerk inspected the house a few days before the move-in date, and the keys were finally handed over to the tenants. It was a really fantastic service that I would be happy to use again should the need arise. Many thanks to Nathaniel who managed my case and also to Jamie who personally saw to the quick and safe transfer of rental monies.

Adam was great at the Bury St Edmunds branch.Lots of immediate feedback on viewings. If Adam had been dealing with my sale all along it would be 5 stars but unfortunately some of the other sales staff were not quite as conscientious. I think there should always be a single point of contact only.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Not professional at all. We trusted this so called “company” to rent our property out whilst we were abroad. They or the tenants stole our table and broke the chairs. The tenants trashed our house and decided to make there own cannabis farm in our loft. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE -( haverhill branch ) Becky had work carried out whilst we weren’t aware of any problem and then billed us even though we strictly told them not to do any work until we were consulted. Awful is still to good of a word to describe this company. Unless you want your house trashed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The only good thing that they are fantastic at is taking there cut of the money. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

I rented in Cambridge through Morris Armitage in 2 separate properties across around 4 years. They were incredibly professional, and it was a pleasure interacting with both Nathaniel and Rachel from MA, who always sorted us out as soon as we got in touch if anything was ever wrong. They were friendly, professional, and I haven't got a single complaint about how they handled it all - easily the best experience with an estate agent I have had, as I have been renting for over 10 years.
