GoogleA very positive experience me and my fiancé had working with Crew Partnership. Jayne and her team delivered smooth and quality work all throughout the time when we were purchasing our very first house here in the UK. They've answered all our concerns and made sure that we were worry free during our buying process. Their prompt response will help you feel relaxed and makes you think that everything's being taken care of. One example is when we told them that we have an issue about a delay in one of the environmental checks asked by my solicitors. Jayne immediately raised the issue to the seller's solicitors and if not for this immediate action by Jayne, it would've probably rose to further delays to our side and the seller's. Although I wasn’t their client, James in particular couldn’t do enough to help what could only be described as a non-standard challenging transaction. Nothing was too much trouble and I would like to thank him for all his efforts, which you would definitely describe as above and beyond. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

GoogleWouldn’t recommend Crew Partnership. Was with them 7 weeks and only had 4 viewings in that time. Changed estate agents had 7 viewings in one week and I’ve sold my house. The house was only on the new estate agents website 6 days. So no I definitely wouldn’t recommend Crew Partnership

GoogleFrom the day I viewed to the day I completed the service was top notch and all the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The communication channels were always open and they were prompt at informing of any issues or changes. I had no issues during the process and was able to complete a lot earlier than expected which was amazing!
