GoogleAbsolutely fantastic. James was always available when needed. He kept us in the loop every step of the way. We never once had to chase them for an update on our purchase. They did however do lots of chasing for us. If we decide to sell our new property we will definitely use Crew and have already recommended to a family member. Many thanks, Natalie

GoogleWe cannot praise the team at Crew's highly enough. They sold our property within a day of it going on the market for over the asking price. Keith's advice on price and which buyer to go with was spot on, and James was brilliant in handling the sale from start to finish, as were the rest of the team. We would definitely use them again, highly recommended if you want a professional, value for money service to sell your house quickly and with a minimum amount of fuss!

GoogleJames and Jayne have been excellent throughout the 4 months it has taken for my property purchase to finally complete. It’s had its challenges and there have been some changes to the agreement, however, they have both always been approachable, patient and supportive. I have always felt like I’ve had updates when needed and they have made the time to keep in touch in regards to progress. As a family run, independent business, I would definitely recommend Crew Partnership rather than your more commercial outfits (of which I got ‘ripped off’ when selling my property via a chain agent due to a pushy sales approach), they are competitive and can manage their own portfolio which also sets them ahead of their chain-competitors. All in all, a very good experience, great customer service, support and have been informative all the way. We may have another property to sell and will definitely be back in touch. GoogleJust been for a viewing and have to say the worst ever, arrived on time and knocked, the agent had someone with him so asked us to wait outside, not a problem. But having concluded his dealings came out and shouted across to us to go ahead as he headed to first move then sit in his car. By the time we had viewed the property, inside and out he eventually came inside, not so much as a good morning, we got the feeling he could not have cared less. I would loved to give you the benefit of his name but he never got round to introducing himself, the company or so much as a hello.
Hi Andrew Thanks for your feedback. I had hoped that we could have had a conversation to discuss your experience and to see if I could help. I thought my luck was in when you answered your phone promptly. You proceeded to ask me to call back at a more convenient time (an understandable request), although it would have been nice if you'd given me the time to finish asking 'when would be more convenient?' before ending the call. Sadly you didn't and I evidently didn't pick a more convenient time when I called back later in the day as I had to leave a voicemail and haven't heard back since. Therefore leaving me no alternative other than replying to your review. Having spoken at length with my colleague that attended on the day I understand that unfortunately the previous viewing over ran as they sometimes do but we very much appreciated you waiting an extra couple of minutes for us. My colleague then proceeded to move his car to allow the the previous viewer off the driveway as he had parked behind them. He then entered the property as normal to help with anything that you may have needed whilst you were looking around. Once you'd finished the viewing you left, not before your colleague/partner/friend thanked him for his time. We pride ourselves on our customer service so are understandably disappointed in the review and the offer of a conversation will remain on the table so please feel free to contact us at your leisure on 01283 548548. GoogleWhere do I begin... Crew as a whole team have been amazing. We are buying a house through them AND selling our house too. Our house went on the market on the Thursday, we had 5 viewings on the Saturday and accepted an offer on the Monday. Only 5 days!!! They are happy to answer any questions we had and have supported us when we have been confused in the process of it all. The whole team are wonderful and very much care about their clients. They are amazing! Definitely recommend.

Google100% reccomend Crew. I have just sold my second property using Crew, from the valuation with Keith, to the communication from James, Jayne and Karen in the office we finally got there after over 5 months! Noone else I would use for selling my property and much prefer dealing with a family run business who knows the area.
