Great while on site but as soon as the site closes there is no care. Don’t buy the soft furnishings package as the carpets are appalling quality and if you raise this they take no responsibility. We have been in for just 3 years and in that time we have had problems with the central heating three times, plumbing, floorboards, guttering, defected windows and window ledges, windows hitting the soffit, poor quality of carpets, bathroom extractor fans, the ariels in the loft are a nightmare to match as they are never labelled, the drainage metal work on the property and estate are rusty and the quality of the garden is dreadful.
