GoogleRachel Oban was very helpful and professional in dealing with me as the purchaser and nothing was too much trouble. She responded to emails and calls with a fast outcome usually the same day. She was very supportive with a stressful house purchase and made the whole process a lot less traumatic.

Daniel, the fact that you have continued to troll our business after calling and abusing my staff daily for months being vile and outright disgusting is incredible and now you choose to try to cause damage by leaving reviews on various platforms!?! We can only assume that this is because your own business failed within a year of start up and you’re jealous that we’ve created a culture where we actually care!! Recently sold our house through Oscar James and I can’t thank and refer them enough! Dom F took on the sale of our property and was very professional and communicated really well. Towards the end of the sale, there were quite a few challenges which wasn’t their fault and Dom F was absolutely fantastic at keeping us all informed and went above and beyond to get everything organised and over the line. I would highly recommend!

I found a house many months ago that suited my needs to start a new life for me and my 9yr old son, as I refuse to go back into rented accommodation.I am a cash buyer and I thought I had secured the house, I have lost count on how many months its been now, its been so long for me that I have littrally become homeless living out of my car from next week, due to all of this.I was understanding at first but I am absolutely discusted, the stress this has caused me is beyond measurable.This situation has even caused a divide between me and my family.I AM ABSOLUTELY SO ANGRY AT THIS COMPANY RIGHT NOW I LITTRALLY CAN'T TAKE THE STRESS OF THIS ANYMORE.

Dear Frank, I am sorry you have felt the need to write a review like this and I understand your frustrations. To add some context however. On both occasions the office tried to contact you by phone, first thing in the morning and neither time did you answer. The property is currently tenanted and those tenants are on notice to vacate, we are reliant on them facilitating access either by being in attendance or providing us with a key. On both occasions these tenants let us down. We tried to call you both times to make you aware of this so you didn’t have a wasted journey. Our office has also offered to facilitate a viewing at a time to suit you once we are in receipt of keys from the current tenants or after they have vacated. Our team are friendly, professional and love what they do I am just sorry you have been a a victim of circumstance and feel your review only gives one side of a story.

The most disgusting agency, i have purchased a house through them and they lied to me, when i make the offer on property they said wont be any chain but surprised 4 sales after me and delayed me half year , all trying to avoid me when I found about the chain, the people should not have this job there. Almost ruin my financial life. I encourage everyone do not purchase house through them. I am talking about Oscar-James Kettering agency.

Dear Cristian,I am sorry that you have felt the need to write such a damming review. I have spoken to the branch involved and also taken the time to review the notes we have on file. I can see that you are correct that there was a chain of sales above you but you were also advised at the time of making your offer that our vendors intended to buy on. At the time of you making the offer they had not found so we had no idea of the length of chain. Unfortunately the house buying process can often take several months and much of this is beyond our control as estate agents.I can see that our sales progressors kept you informed at all times throughout the transaction too.I can only apologize that the transaction took longer than any of us would have hoped and that you have incurred financial costs as a result of this. It saddens me deeply that you have felt the need to write this review before making your concerns know to us. Our reputation is everything and under no circumstances would we ever mislead or lie to our customers. We chose Oscar James to sell our house in Market Harborough because they looked and sounded classy - and we were not disappointed!Our sales guy was Ed Reid. He was so friendly, yet professional, and kept us informed of viewings and always gave us feedback.He's now found a buyer and, whilst we are sold subject to contract, Ed deserves some credit in getting us this far. Well done!
