GoogleThis agency is stuck in the dark ages when it comes to communication, presentation, systems and professionalism. I am both a landlord and a prospective tenant for a property so I have had several dealings with estate agents and letting agencies. This is by far the worst agency I have come across in several years.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleWe bought the house in Woodthorpe . They were friends with seller and that is all they were interested in . The house was refurbished by Simon Marsden Ltd and we had 2 leaks ( from shower and radiator ) . Avoid to use them .
