I've recently sold my house with Johnsons and will split their review into 2 parts. Firstly, their sales service, at the beginning, I said I didn't want to do any viewings but found myself doing more and more. For two reasons, firstly Johnsons struggled to have people available to do them and secondly, we'd asked them to mention certain selling points (from the feedback we received) this wasn't being done. I'd rate the sale service 3 out of 5. The 2nd part of the service was their after sales, which was the complete opposite to their sales. The communication, knowledge and attentiveness was second to none. Vicki was in constant contact and her expertise really helped us through a difficult sale. The after sales service was definitely 5 out of 5.

From day one Johnsons and Partners have gone ‘above and beyond’ . All viewings and appointments have been punctual, feedbacks have been followed up and forwarded Viewings have been undertaken on any day at any time and at a location, a fair distance from the office Queries were responded to immediately and when the final push came to secure the sale, phone calls and emails were undertaken out of usual office hours. All of the staff are polite and knowledgeable I would recommend this agent to anyone thinking of selling or letting their property, they are certainly the best that I have ever used. Excellent, professional and friendly service. From the initial point of contact through to the successful completion of the sale nothing was too much trouble. The brochures produced were exceptionally high quality. The team arranged and vetted the prospective buyers. They managed the viewings and ensured that brochures were available to every viewer. As a result two full asking price offers were made after the first group of viewings. The teams support during the exchange process went above and beyond and they even assisted with progressing the purchase of our new home. The girls in the Burton Joyce office went above and beyond during the process of my house sale. The service they provided was nothing short of exceptional. The original valuation was realistic, not too low, or high. I,ve sold 4 homes in the past 9 years so have a resonable degree of experience and understanding of values .....& the full asking price was achieved. They did not try to offer an inflated valuation to secure my signature on the sales contract so there was no need to reduce the price later. In summary, I would say they are the best local estate agent, with genuine market insight and first class service. I highly recommend them.

I found Johnsons and Partners when I spotted a cottage for sale on a trip to East Bridgford visiting a close friend, it did not turn out to be the one for me however the customer care was outstanding and I was still supported on my search as I took the decision to still move into the area. My partner enquired to arrange a viewing on a bungalow in Burton Joyce weeks ago.No call back so we called back and a couple of calls returned saying they were struggling to contact vendor.Heard nothing at all from anyone in over a week.The property needs removing because the vendor or the agent clearly has no interest on selling.
