GoogleGreat service, all staff we spoke to were very friendly and extremely helpful. No request was too much, if I was to sell the property in future, I would be choosing Churcher to work with. Explained any queries I had very well, and were always on top of tasks to keep the process moving.

GoogleAfter selling our home with Churcher, we were looking for a home that fulfilled everything we needed. Churcher got in contact and told us that there was a home as soon as it went on the market and again went above and beyond booking us in after work. Thankfully they did as it was perfect for us. We put an offer in and Churcher got to work and secured us the home. They then got to work pushing the sale through with solicitors and mortgage advisors knowing we had a baby due which they were very conscious of and they felt truly invested in our situation. We completed in May 2024 and the service continued, dropping the keys and allowing us in, Churcher gave us recommendations for all local companies and supported us in getting us tradesman and services in. Outstanding. The phone was always answered and if their wasn't an answer immediately, they'd have it within a short amount of time. With so many properties for sale locally, it still felt like we were the priority. A feeling shared when speaking to other people selling their homes at the same time.

GoogleI rent through churcher I had a no fault eviction and when I met with James I wasn't in the best place emotionally but he made me feel at ease and nothing was too much bother and answered all my questions no matter the time of day, even now if I have an issue he will come around and fix it for me, I would highly recommend Churcher estate agents to anyone looking to sell, but or rent
