So glad we chose Churcher Estates with the sale of my late aunt's property. James was so helpful and reassuring right from the start and throughout. It wasn't the easiest time sadly, due to a lengthy probate process and a few disappointments with buyers didn't help, but James was always there with updates and information, which kept us positive that it would all work out and it did. I recently bought a property that was sold by Churcher Estates. I was very impressed by the way James conducted the viewings giving me plenty of time and answering all my questions both at the viewing and afterwards. This was so much better than my experience of other agents who rushed viewings and sometimes knew very little about the property they were selling. The lovely young man James valued my house, I was more than happy with the valuation. My house went on the market on the Thursday morning, and I was given an offer of over asking price on the Tuesday, after 15 people had been to see it. We used Churcher Estates recently to sell my Mum's house. To be honest I was dreading the whole process but my fears were completely non founded.
