GoogleDisappointed as requested a viewing and was not contacted although it said one of our representatives would . I phoned and was told you'll be contacted when viewing starts still nothing . Also when I went to office asked to go on list but was not told when a particular property came on market . If I only had a phone call to say I was not in running and why I could have an idea where I stood.

We asked for a valuation in order to sell following divorce, however Paul Carrs (Streetly) valuation did not meet anywhere near neighbouring smaller properties so was challenged who replied that it’s just an opinion. We then had to pay to get a proper valuation for our property which came in 40k above what Paul Carr valued it at. This has caused stress and anxiety to potential clients, and concerns me for other potential vendors who may be having their properties undervalued. Really disappointed in a company you reply on to be honest and transparent.

FacebookHave left me and my partner without hot water for a whole week! When questioning them and saying how disgusted I am with them one woman said and I quote “these things take time” They have not seemed in any rush whatsoever to get things sorted, constantly having to chase them about an update, getting past from person to person. No where near good enough!
their hopeless! windows in my property have broken seals and clearly did before we came here due to the condition of the double glazing. notified them on 15/08 and I had to chase them on 21/09 and they have now just expected us to deal with the contractors when their the managing agents. So cold and having to use the heating constantly otherwise I’m frozen with pins and needles from it. Contacting landlord to discuss our future here
