Thank you for the taking the time to leave us a review Amanda. I always read them and take note of the comments. I am pleased we were able to arrange a viewing quickly for you. In fact we had 8 viewings on the property in question over the first 48 hours of marketing, which resulted in 6 offers at or over the asking price. The asking price was based on an 'offers in excess of' scenario, which suited the sellers needs. Your offer, made the morning following your viewing, was taken seriously, the chain details checked and confirmed by your agent, and all details reported promptly to the seller. Understandably, as there were still 5 booked viewings to take place that day, the seller wisely didn't want to rush into a decision and wanted all the viewings to take place. We fully respect your decision to then withdraw your offer the following day, however, a fair and transparent offer process was stringently followed with the remaining 5 offers and the seller is delighted with the result. The levels of activity in the market currently make this approach necessary as many properties are getting unprecedented levels of interest and many buyers are in a good position to proceed. Thank you for the review Mr Singh. You have left the review on our Burntwood office which has been open (as have all 3 of our offices) and staffed Mon-Fri 9-5:30, Sat 9-4pm and closed on Sundays. We do currently have a locked door appointment-only policy, in common with much of the industry at present, but will speak to customers at the door if anyone knocks. We’ve checked our systems and can find no outstanding viewing in your name in any of our 3 offices? If you would like to telephone or email the office concerned we will happily try to arrange the viewing for you.

Thank you for the review Tony. We have a service standard that we will follow up all viewings within a maximum of 48 hours but more often than not we manage to follow up far quicker than that. I am not sure how long it took us to follow up the viewing but I am sorry you were disappointed with how long it took.
