GoogleA special mention must go out to Kelly and Samantha for managing to keep my sanity throughout the long and convoluted process of the sale of our premises. The supposedly simple process was unfortunately made difficult by the incompetence of the buyers mortgage company, but the regular updates and shared frustrations saved me from pulling the plug. I am sure that we will do business again.

Working through the COVID situation, site visits, access to keys and the whole process was superbly managed. Upon getting to completion the worked exceptionally close with the landlord thus ensuring our new warehouse and office was all available to schedule. GREAT WORK and EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS

GoogleMy company needed an office premises in East Lancashire, ideally with all inclusive pricing. We called Whiteacres and they listened to what we needed and identified the perfect solution quickly and within budget. We dealt with Jonathan and he was brisk but efficient and fully understood the property and all the questions we had were answered quickly. GoogleAwful. Experience was like playing Chinese whispers between the landlord and the estate agent. Things got lost in translation. I was frustrated, landlord frustrated. Landlord pulled out of the agreement and it's a month later and I'm still waiting on my deposit back.
