GoogleWe recently let Josh manage the letting of our HMO. He managed to let the property within 2 days of his initial marketing and he provided a choice of individual / groups of tenants to go with. We left the decision for him to choose the most suitable tenants and set up all the AST's, Deposit requirements and handover back to us to manage. We would have no hesitation in recommending Josh to anyone who needs a professional agent to look after their single or portfolio of properties.

GoogleI am so glad to have found the Letting Experts as Josh took the stress out of what was a very stressful situation. Always responsive and willing to go the extra mile, he secured me a high spec home with the minimum of fuss. The level of service from other letting agents in the area paled in comparison. If you're looking for excellent service look no further than Josh at the Letting Experts.
