Two years ago, I moved into my first rented property as a private tenant. I went into the office as a person who had never rented before and therefore had absolutely no idea what I was doing or what I needed to do to proceed after finding a property. Lorraine was fab, she put my mind at ease and provided me with information that made the process a lot easier for me. When I moved in, the property was spotless and the communication from the office was great offering to help with anything that I may need - I had a few queries re the PAYG energy metres! Since moving in there have been a few things that have needed attention - Paul and Lorraine have helped with everything (along with the Landlord of course). There has been no problem too great. I have recently had experience of another letting agent that are not a scratch on these guys. If anyone is looking to rent AandF are your people! Thank you again for making life that little bit easier for me. Completely stress free. My first experience of renting a property has been a positive one.

Robert and Andrew were a delight to deal with and totally professional at all times. There were a few hitches at the property which under different circumstances would have necessitated me travelling down but they dealt with these problems for me, way beyond what I would have expected. During a short let from A and F, we had few interactions with them, however mistakes were made every time we did.
She put the WRONG ADDRESS on our contract.
She took £200 TOO MUCH for our deposit and failed to make us aware of some key information that she as a property manager should have been made aware of.
Other staff have been really good so it is a shame that her lack of knowledge lets the company down.
