Very poor and unprofessional. Be very careful getting your house valued. Poor sales process. Wouldnt use ever again. If you are in the Oxted area many other more professional firms.

The Pimlico office of Jackson-Stops sold my house. It was a very difficult market but they got a good price and I was very happy with the service. TrustpilotBadly managed
If it were possible to rate the Teddington office with a minus 1, then this is what we would give. What started with an excellent user experience and pleasant staff, ended up with us being double crossed after paying a deposit and us losing the property that we were promised.Would not place any trust in this organisation. Pleasant staff but c**p and old fashioned management.
