Contract was exchanged last week through the help provided by Harry, Callum and Emma, although we faced lots of unexpected and unreasonable requests from my seller's seller, finally friends from Parkers can manage them well and solved.

When me and my husband made the decision to put our house up for sale we spoke to various estate agents in the local area but as soon as Jasper and Kate came to our property we knew straight away that Parkers was the one for us! All of the team have been very approachable and were able to answer all of our questions during the process.A big thankyou needs to go to Somer who has been absolutely AMAZING!When things weren't going to plan she would be straight on the case chasing all of the appropriate people to move things along.She is a massive credit to the company.Although we dont plan to ever move again (it's far too stressful!) We would definitely choose Parkers again.

Hi , if anyone is buying or selling a property in surrounding Reading area , please use Parker’s of woodley. I have bought a property from Parker’s and if it weren’t for the professionalism, hardworking, intelligent, never give up attitude, helpful, go the extra mile , I would have lost the purchase of my home . One word is not good enough to describe these young ladies Somer Jones and Emma . Both of young ladies has been fantastic, brilliant. Parker’s should be proud to have staff like that . 1 advice when buying or selling, use a local solicitors .

We've always found Parkers helpful, and communicative. We've only used them for selling our home and trying to find our new place. While we are still searching, we can honestly say that the team are trying their best to help, are in touch and happy to answer questions. They are also super speedy at arranging viewings - one was organised within two hours of making an enquiry. We've found Jack, and Jody particularly helpful.

Very pleased with the service provided by Parkers in Reading. I bought a property via them. They were quick to respond to the queries and very friendly. Only reason why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the fact that when we went to visit the property for the second time, we did request for an hour however the agent who showed us the property was not given the right instructions and was told that we can only view the property for half hour which made us rush and we could not do everything we wanted. All in all great service.

Recently sold our property with Parkers - what a great experience! After 50 viewings, our chain had fallen through with another local agent, who was incapable of finding suitable buyers. Parkers were far more focused, understanding exactly what sort of buyers the house would appeal to, setting up fewer but more targeted viewings, leading to a quicker and more reliable offer. Harry, Callum and Ryan did a great job during the marketing and viewing period. Emma then ensured that information flowed up and down the chain, keeping our buyer on board during a lengthy conveyancing period.Having also dealt with many other (often unscrupulous) agents as a buyers, we would not recommend any of them, but would definitely use Parkers again.

I've spent most of my life in rented accomodation and I have come across some really inconsiderate letting agents. I've been a tenant of Parkers (Tadley) for two years now and I would recommend them to other tenants. They have always been helpful and prompt to respond, and very transparent. I've never felt that they have overcharged, and I feel like they have been very fair in representing my interests as a tenant.

GoogleIn the past I have always been sceptical about the value of estate agents, that was until my recent purchase. I bought my current property through Parkers in Burghfield Common. Almost from the outset I was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff, they accommodated every request I made, even to the extent that I was able to get a viewing for my daughter and family on a Sunday. When I made this request there was no shortage of volunteers in the office to come in their own time to facilitate my request. The actual purchase process hit quite a few snags, some quite serious, but my contact at the office, Dale Kempson, was always there to help drive the process forward to a successful conclusion. I have nothing but admiration for the whole office, what could have been an exceptionally stressful process was eased by their sheer professionalism.

GoogleWe had what turned out to be one of the most complex and stressful moves in history but Parkers in Theale and Burghfield worked really hard to keep our stress levels down and manage the chain effectively. I first starting speaking with Chrissie who was amazing and despite the length of time from initial viewing to completion she kept in touch regularly. We had a terrible agent selling our home initially and it was after the brilliant service Chrissie gave that we sacked them and put our property on with Parkers too. I believe that you only really experience how good an organisation is when something goes wrong as it's then that you see true customer service and we had many of those blips throughout the process! Parkers did a great job throughout and I'd not hesitate to use them again.

GoogleI Would Highly Recommend Parkers At Burghfield Common, Who Recently Sold A Bungalow For Me In The Local Area, From The First Visit To The Property Where They Spent A Lot Time With Me Talking About Various Options, ( Unlike Other Agents Who Cant Run Out The Door Quick Enough), Every Member Of Staff At This Branch Regularly Kept Me Informed Throughout, If I Was Ever Looking At Buying Or Selling A Property In The Future Parkers Are The Only Agents I Would Deal With. I Really Cant Speak High Enough Of The Wonderful Service Parkers Supplied To Me, All The Staff Gave 100% Throughout.
