First class. We had the joy of liaising with PSP when buying the house and were so impressed we used them to sell. From the effort that went into taking the photographs to the lovely chats throughout the process to checking how we were doing after. Knowledgeable, open and understanding. A special mention for Nicki. You won't be disappointed if you use them.

Having recently sold my house through PSP homes in Burgess hill, West Sussex, I feel compelled to write about them. My journey felt long, challenging and traumatic at times , and I could not or would not have survived without the wonderful help and counsel from Nikki, Carolyn, Debbie, Andrew and all the team. They supported me for my benefit and not their gain. They were all so kind, caring, empathetic and supportive. I have bought and sold many properties over the years, and this has definitely been the most challenging. Hand on heart ,PSP get 10 out of 10 on every level and would recommend them to anyone . A huge thanks especially to Nikki who is absolutely 💯 Brigid

I have used PSP Homes as a letting agent and to sell my property, and both times, they have been absolutely fantastic. The whole Team is extremely approachable and equally as helpful, so I would without doubt recommend them for all your letting or selling requirements. Thank you for an amazing service!

My wife and I both bought our home, in 2008, and sold it with through PSP. They are a great company to deal with and our sale was handled by Lewis who kept us updated from start to finish and was always available to answer any queries we had. I also noticed that when we mentioned we were using PSP to people they all gave favourable opinions of this company, which obviously says something about this estate agency.

It was a great experience working with PSP Homes who made the process of moving so much easier. They offer a service that is friendly, honest, reliable and professional with great communication throughout. Working with PSP provided an approach that felt personal, with them always being on hand to offer support. I cannot recommend this agency enough and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We were thoroughly impressed and appreciative of the professionalism of all at PSP throughout the process. Right from the start, we struck up a positive relationship with the agents and they helped us to achieve the house sale price that we were delighted with. At all stages, the service was professional and friendly. It never became pushy and never felt like the stereotypical estate agents. We would highly recommend using this agent.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The whole team at PSP were excellent from start to finish when selling our home recently. We unfortunately lost our first buyer, which was outside of everyones control, but PSP managed to sell our house less than a week after we relisted it. Very impressed and we have already recommended PSP to a number of friends and family. Thank you all!

Interesting since I left this review, they suddenly had an influx of about 20 reviews that seemed a little similar. I would also hope they remove the information about the property we rented as this feels like a breach of GDPR /data protection. 😳 - - - - - - - - Don't touch them with a barge pole - slow to respond and poor communications. Far too many issues which meant that it took nearly 6 months to get our deposit back, apparently according to DPS they kept clicking the wrong buttons all the time. Wouldn't fix the damp - said we should leave windows open.

I gave them one star. However if I could I would give them ZERO! This agency was an utter nightmare to deal with. Approach = VERY ANTAGONISTIC. This people don't mediate between landlord and tenant. They antagonise each other. Client Treatment = Incredibly rude, unnecessarily and excessively corporate, I mean PLEASE, you are dealing with home landlords and tenants in BURGESS HILL not with business rentals in central London!! Constant inspections in which problems were always raised and never done anything about it and as a result of their incompetency and antagonism we were given an eviction letter on Christmas Evening in 2014. I had the worst experience in my life with this people AVOID THEM as a landlord or tenant. Since that nightmare we moved to another letting agency and the difference has been incredible! Polite people, GOOD MEDIATORS and always presenting solutions to potential problems instead of highlighting them like PSP does. My recommendation is to find another letting agency in Burgess Hill or Haywards Heath area and go with them. AVOID PSP!

Top professional and friendly Estate Agents. This is the second property purchase we made with them and they didn't disappoint. Excellent customer service, Lewis always kept us up to date and made us feel like we were his only clients when in reality he was extremely busy. In fact all the agents at PSP Homes are welcoming and helpful at any time. Would 100% recommend them.

Great experience recently of selling my home through PSP. They secured multiple offers over the asking price within a day of going to market. Felt extremely well looked after, great communication, and went the extra mile to get the sale over the line on completion day.
