We are so grateful for the amazing service we got from PSP Homes when selling our property. Buying and selling is often a stressful process, but PSP did everything they could to make the process much easier. They were always available to contact, very quick to provide updates, and consistently professional. We had a difficult time with our solicitor, but PSP were very supportive and made sure the process kept moving along and us and our buyer were kept informed at every stage. I would definitely recommend PSP Homes for anyone looking to buy or sell - thank you so much to Paul, Andrew, Lewis and the rest of the PSP Homes team!

Landlord selling a flat of which I’m the tenant and he fails to provide me with a tenancy deposit protection certificate in time meaning the section 21 is invalid and I can claim x3 deposit. PSP homes provision of my personal data after a subject access request, fails to provide all data and certificates, as with the landlord. When I call their Rosetta Schifano (a director no less) to quiz her, she puts the phone down on me. I wouldn’t deal with these people at all. Landlord or tenant. Avoid. Ps they are also cruel people who ignore you when the landlord says he’ll put the flat on the market (I’ve been there 12 years) to a landlord buyer first, doesn’t do so, and I can’t easily find anywhere else and feel suicidal, and the agent have no compassion and are putting me under intense pressure. Their response : The review does represent the facts especially putting the phone down which is a blatant lie to say that didn’t happen, especially as I had a friend standing by me at the time. Even more makes me angry that they blatantly lie.
