GoogleBooked a valuation with the manager of the Northwich branch and then get an email a few hours before saying its cancelled, no explanation and no one had the decency to call. Glad I know now before I went on the market with them.

GoogleWe cannot begin to explain what the staff at Swetenhams have done for our family. Georgia in particular has gone above and beyond normal customer and financial services expectations in our opinion. Even an emergency meeting on a bank holiday was provided. The level or service and personal commitment is outstanding. I can recommend the team and Georgia especially to anyone seeking mortgage options, life cover, income protection advice etc. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH

GoogleI am a single first time buyer and have had the pleasure of having Georgia as my mortgage adviser. She has walked me through all of the steps from finding a property to having an offer accepted, all in the space of 2 weeks. At first this process daunted me but she has put my mind at ease from the start and I would recommend her to anyone starting or currently on this journey!

GoogleDeeply disappointed as a first time buyer. The agents failed to provide details of structural reports and managed to avoid tendering my offer to the vendor. I only found out when I called them about payment of deposit on the property to be told it was being sold to the under bidder. Either incompetent or corrupt, I’m not sure which is worse.

GoogleWeren’t helpful at the beginning of the process of renting a property. Everything seem to be more hassle than it should have been. House we moved in to was awful and full of mould. Apologetic once we left the house.

GoogleAfter starting off with another agent and having a less then desirable experience we quickly switched to Swetenhams to sell our property, use their in house broker and their recommended solicitors. They fully supported us through all stages of the sale, the mortgage and the onwards purchase. When issues arose outside both of our control they were readily available to discuss and help us reach a solution. The team themselves are a group of friendly yet experienced individuals and we have felt both comfortable and confident throughout the process. We would definitely return to them to use their services in the future.

GoogleNot worth one star. They advertise properties that they don't have. Just wasted 5 minutes of my time and 2 phone calls. They added a property on a Sunday, I called first thing Monday morning to ask to view. I had to register...only then did they tell me it was already rent agreed with the landlord. Second worst estate agent I have felt with in Northwich after BJB
