GoogleWanted to charge £100 just to value the house! Hanging the charges in nice and early! why use them when others will do it for free?

Helen we only charge for valuations in writing if the house is not coming to market like other agents. We can’t value for free if you aren’t selling unfortunately.

GoogleVery friendly to deal with. A viewing was easy to arrange at a time to suit us. All of our questions were answered quickly. On purchase of the house we received a handy selection of products and vouchers in a smart bag.
