TrustpilotThat they are petty when checking out of a property.
Firstly it not all doom and gloom on this review as the landlord who I had through Webbers was a good guy. How ever the letting agency was not. Was told in my contract there would be 3-6 month inspections. THAT A LIE. We didn’t have 1 in 5 years. When ever something needed doing I was told to contact the landlord which is fine as I would rather go through him. So in 5 years didn’t really have much todo with Webbers until we moved out. Pictures of a dusty lampshade was taken. work top that had 1 scratch on it. The garden had slight weeds going front and back. Be had done the garden 2 weeks before. All photos provided to Webbers. They still took money out of deposit. I’m lucky enough to no longer need to rent. We are in the middle of cost of living crisis and there are vultures when it comes to giving back your money.

GoogleRun from this letting agency as far as you can. I have been letting shared accommodation for over decade but this letting agency is the worst and discriminatory with no interest in tenants. Their solution for sorting out problems is to get rid of tenants. They do not care at all.

GoogleThe company is appalling, our late father had been renting for 7/8 years nothing was done ever to improve the home and no changes was done since the landlord brought the home and when my father died they kept over 3k in deposits and hidden costs.. there’s reasons are hurrendous! Please always take pictures and always email them for a paper trail never call
We were so sorry to read your review, and send our condolences on the passing of your father. We appreciate this is a very difficult time. All deposits for private rental properties are registered and held by an independent government regulated scheme. The scheme used by Move Revolution Lettings is DPS, they are a third party adjudicator who independently reviews all evidence submitted at that the end of a tenancy, and they are responsible for making a full and final decision on a deposit return and any deductions requested. Move Revolution Lettings role in this process is purely to submit the check out report and any supporting documents on behalf of the landlord. We would like to reiterate we are not involved in any decision making at all regarding the deposit return or any deductions. We have taken your review seriously and looked into the situation, it would appear that the amount for the deposit you have noted above is not what we had deposited with the DPS, if you would like further clarity on this situation please do get in contact with us and we will be happy to help.
