They work together as a team and each member of staff knew exactly at what stage I was of purchase . A team that listen & understand,I would call at any stage with an enquiry and any member of the team could deal with it. So helpful & knowledgeable. Don’t hesitate to use, excellent team & service.

GoogleHave recently relocated to Prestwood and we are so happy we did. Contacted Ian Richardson, at the Wye Prestwood office and with his help, found our ideal home, he said it was a great property and he was right, great job!! Thanks to Gemma, on our second viewing, very informative, professional and friendly. Normally the whole moving home experience is not enjoyable, and very nerve-racking throughout, but in this case with the Wye team assisting, was a very smooth transition, to completion and collecting the keys. Would like to thank Ian, Gemma, and the team at Wye Prestwood office, what a service, very professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and we were kept updated constantly, and based on previous dealings with alternative agents, and not receiving this level of professionalism was just what we needed to ease the stress of the whole process. FacebookAwful, disloyal and lazy - do not make the same mistake we made by asking Wye to sell your property. Considering this is one of the biggest life decisions you will ever go through, they treated us with contempt and Ian Ferguson is especially useless, and couldn't sell ice to an Eskimo.. He is completely lackadaisical about everything he does and would not know 'priority' if it magically appeared and slapped him across his face. I know that this sounds like we are bitter and twisted and the above might come across as personal, but I really do mean this with the best intent - DO YOUR RESEARCH and steer well clear of the Crendon House office - it will be the best thing you've ever done.
We are sorry you have felt the need to write the above and to have had a negative experience, it is disappointing to read as we are proud of the fact that we have in excess of 150 google reviews and have a 5 star rating. GoogleI had to sell my mother's property. I had three valuations and decided to use Wye Prestwood. My decision was based on the professionalism demonstrated. As a local agent, they have a great deal of experience selling houses in the area. They sold the house within six weeks, with little involvement from me, but they kept me informed. Once the property was under offer, they came into their own. The whole process was made easy and made me feel very confident. I cannot recommend Wye enough from my perspective; they were brilliant.

In light of this we were really pleased that we chose Wye. They responded efficiently to any inquiries we had throughout the process and managed the communication between the various agents professionally with our interests front of mind. GoogleFrom start to finish the whole process with Wye Estate Agents was hassle free. Jo did so well in keeping me informed & replied to all calls & answered all emails. She kept in contact with myself and the buyer on a regular basis. My only regret is that I didn't go with them in the first place, for 4mths I was with an inferior high street agent. I'm so glad I went with Wye in the end. I would highly recommend Jo and Danny at Wye Estate Agents, you won't be disappointed. Thank you!

GoogleWe can’t praise the team at Wye Country in Prestwood enough. From the initial valuation to completion, via the trauma of 2 broken chains, they were always supportive, friendly and professional, reacting speedily to any problems that arose. When the first time buyer in our first chain pulled out, they had another chain in place within hours. What more can I say - we couldn’t have hoped for better agents.

They come up with little ideas that help, they are completely honest with feedback and I would not hesitate to sell another house with them.
